Human Eyes Media exists to encourage a good work renaissance.
Good work, to us, is using your unique skills and care towards the betterment of people and place.
Using in-person conversations curated to provoke unconventional thinking, we aim to support those choosing to bring thoughtfulness into their work regardless of industry, role, or employment status.
After a decade working in community outreach in Nashville and New York City our founder, Christina, has seen that those who choose good work are often self-motivated yet lack the consistent external input to keep going in a healthy way. She also saw that a simple conversation with a dose of encouragement can go a long way.
We believe that good work makes tough times more bearable and good times even better. A city is held together by an ecosystem of good work weaved through our shared daily life.
