I have a deep belief in people. If given the encouragement I believe we can do incredible things for people and place. My gift, joy, and privilege is the ability to inspire folks through conversation. I can't think of a better way to spend my time here on earth.
If we can help folks show up better for themselves, others, and our shared place then we believe we will see a ripple of the positive.
Our Method
I want to humanize the work experience one conversation at a time. When good work is encouraged, it breathes fresh air into a community.
It is built on 10 years of conversations with custodians, teachers, students, business owners, religious leaders, nonprofit workers, artists, etc. It is not a siloed idea, it is cross-cutting when it comes to audience and yet has a niche appeal to ethos-based workers. It is conversation-based, unconventional, and intentionally place-based.
We curate unconventional conversations and resources to help folks step out of the day-to-day to keep going towards the good. We're for middle managers with overtaxed teams, leaders who need a place for their ideas to take shape, and everyday folks in the creative or virtual fields with no formalized outside perspective on their work. A common issue is the lack of time and space to think through decisions and ideas, so we aim to make collaboration and real-time support more effective over time.
