Our Vision

Human Eyes Media exists to encourage a good work renaissance.

Good work, to us, is using what you have, where you are, towards the betterment of people and place.

Using in-person conversations curated to provoke unconventional thinking, we aim to support those choosing to bring their unique skills and care into their work regardless of industry, role, or employment status.

After over a decade working in community outreach in Nashville and New York City our founder, Christina, has seen that those who choose good work are often self-motivated yet lack the consistent encouragement to keep going in a healthy way. She also saw that a simple conversation with a dose of inspiration or challenge can go a long way.

We believe that good work makes tough times more bearable and good times even better. A city is held together by an ecosystem of good work weaved through our shared daily life.

It’s the invisible care infrastructure that is easy to overlook but its absence is felt in the energy of a city.

  • The hand raised in a meeting to slow down a potentially harmful choice in the community.

  • The local art chosen for the coffee shop that invites a conversation between patrons.

  • The out-of-the-box idea that brings a simple solution to a seemingly intractable problem.

Our goal is to encourage that vital creative thinking and practical action. We offer structured time to reorient and recommit to the work done by everyday humans for our neighbors, our city, our planet—ourselves.

The vision we have is a more livable and vibrant Nashville because the overall ecosystem of good work is strengthened and energized.

You do good work and we want to help you keep going.

Let's talk.

Our view

We have a reasonable belief in humanity, and we aim to help more of us reach for our shared good.
